Design & Development
Let our team design your space to meet your needs and brand objectives. The first location is always the hardest when you are developing a strategy to enter into spaces which average 500 square feet. Initial floor plans and layouts will be developed which can be turned into 3D renderings to assist in visualizing what your finished retail sales environment will be. Once completed we will finalize them into the needed permit drawings with our national partners for submittal to the local and state jurisdictions. We work with clients around the country more efficiently and effectively thru web based meetings for design review and approvals and when needed we will meet with you and your executive teams to collaborate.
Our team has built thousands of store – within a – store locations and will utilize that expertise for your projects. We manage all aspects of the project from permitting and inspections to the final clean and walk thru with your teams. We will interface with the retailer to provide communication throughout the process and any final closeout documentation they require. If it is a remodel or refresh you are undertaking our team has developed the strategies to execute those in 48-96 hours. We offer white box services to remove your FF&E and improvements to return the space to the condition required per your lease agreement. Most locations can be white boxed within 3-4 days. We will work with you and your retail partner to meet your legal requirements of the turnover.
